These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QRtoTV mobile application (“App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

QRtoTV allows users to scan QR codes and stream media links they own or have lawful access to.
The App does not host, store, provide, or distribute any copyrighted or illegal content.
You are solely responsible for the content you load into the App.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use QRtoTV only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the App for unauthorized streaming or distribution of copyrighted content.
You acknowledge that any playlist, stream, or media URL you load into the App must be legally obtained and permitted for your personal use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data within the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App design, branding, interface, graphics, and all related intellectual property belong to the QRtoTV developers. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may display or connect to third-party services or content. QRtoTV is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of such external content. Your interaction with third-party content is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or compatibility. All risks arising from the use of the App remain entirely with the user.

6. Limitation of Liability

QRtoTV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or unauthorized content usage, arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
